“Hello my name is Jeff Layne and I am a Senior Loan officer with 360 Mortgage Inc. We have been producing about 3 to 5 million in total volumes in loans every month. The biggest hang up that we have is the appraisal time frame. It slows us down drastically and can cause a loan to get drawn out for weeks with no action with the borrower to get fizzled out or move on. We were recommended by one of Wholesale lenders GENWORTH to use ACT Appraisal service.
So we did I ordered the appraisal on Friday at about 3:00 Pm and it was accepted and scheduled in the same day. In fact they scheduled it on the following Monday at 4:00 pm. I was very impressed with how fast they got it done. They had the appraisal back into the lender on that following Wed. So the total down time I had was 4 days in comparison to 2 weeks everywhere else. So I have recommended them to all of our Wholesale lenders to start using them. Also the customer service is in no comparison they really know how to treat the customers and the wholesale lenders.
They will do everything necessary to help everyone close loans. One of our Wholesale lenders is already going to use them and hopefully I will get them ALL to.”
